Photocatalytic "Nanozone Coat" application service

Invisible risks, reduced to zero while remaining invisible.

The "Nano Zone Coat Application Service" is a photocatalytic coating service that firmly fixes nano-sized titanium oxide onto the surface of materials without a binder, reacting to light (LED, fluorescent, natural light) to decompose viruses, bacteria, and odors. It is transparent and unobtrusive, allowing for an increase in hygiene levels without altering the appearance of the application target, making it widely adopted in various facilities such as food factories, stores, clinics, offices, and homes. With high durability and expected long-term effects, it can maintain a "constantly clean environment" when combined with regular cleaning. **Features** - Photocatalyst that works under visible light: Effective 24 hours a day even under indoor lighting. - Long-lasting: High durability that resists loss of effectiveness even with wiping. - Transparent finish that does not alter appearance: Applicable to a wide range of surfaces including walls, ceilings, glass, furniture, and electronic devices. - Suppresses viruses, bacteria, mold, and odors: Continuously improves the hygiene level of facilities. - Can be applied while in operation: Work can be done without stopping the business or operation of stores, facilities, or factories.

Photocatalytic Construction Case Study: Glass Anti-Soiling Measures

Polishing treatment with glass substrate processing polishing agent! Introduction of construction examples for cleaning, polishing, and photocatalytic coating.

We would like to introduce a case study of photocatalytic treatment as a glass anti-soiling measure. First, we remove oil stains and attached debris through cleaning with detergent. After cleaning, we perform polishing treatment using a glass substrate processing abrasive. With regular cleaning alone, the glass surface remains in a hydrophobic state with unevenness, but this process results in a smooth, hydrophilic state with no unevenness on the glass surface. Finally, we coat the glass with a photocatalytic aqueous solution using a specialized painting machine. 【Polishing Features】 ■ Before Polishing - Water does not flow and remains as droplets - Dirt adheres to these droplets, causing degradation of the glass ■ After Polishing - The glass surface becomes a smooth, hydrophilic state with no unevenness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
